Individual counseling can be that space for people seeking healing and growth. I see teens and adults, ages 13 and up.
A typical individual counseling session lasts for 50 minutes. My session rate is currently $160.
I accept a portion of clients on a sliding scale. Please contact me to inquire about sliding scale options and we can talk through what might work best for you.

A typical family counseling session lasts for 50 minutes. My session rate is currently $160.
Finding a therapist can be hard, especially one with whom you trust. To see if we're a good fit, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation.
Payment & Insurance
At this time I am not contracted with any insurance companies. I’d recommend reaching out to your insurance company to see what out-of-network benefits you may have to receive potential reimbursement. I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
Payment is due at the time of service and will be billed immediately following the session. I accept credit card or check as valid forms of payment. However, I do require a valid credit card on file despite what method of payment is used.
Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations. If you are not present for your scheduled session and have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you are required to pay a late cancellation/no-show fee equal to the full amount of the session rate reserved for you.
In-Person and Online Therapy
I currently offer counseling sessions online or in-person in Bellevue, Washington. My office is conveniently located near I-405, and between the I-90 and 520 bridges.
