My Approach
I primarily use Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) - an evidence based, trauma-informed therapy model that helps us understand the emotional patterns driving your thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. Your emotions are such powerful internal guides, and when you learn to work with them directly, you will gain clearer choices about how you want to live, connect, and respond.
In our work together, we’ll slow things down and uncover what’s happening beneath your anxiety, perfectionism, shutdown, or overwhelm. We’ll trace emotional patterns shaped by past experiences, explore how they show up today, and begin building new ways of relating to yourself and others that feel grounded, compassionate, and, most importantly, sustainable in your everyday life.
