Individual Counseling

Individual counseling can offer a steady, supportive space for people seeking healing, clarity, and personal growth. I work with teens and adults ages 13 and up, supporting clients across Washington who are navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, trauma, identity questions, life transitions, and more.

Sessions are collaborative and deliberately paced with care. My goal is to help us understand what’s happening beneath the surface and develop more sustainable ways of relating to yourself and your world.

Session length: 50 minutes

Rate: $160 per session

I reserve a limited number of spots for sliding scale clients. If cost is a concern, please reach out and we can discuss what might feel accessible and supportive for you.

Whether your family is navigating conflict, transitions, or ongoing stress, therapy provides a space to slow down, explore relational patterns, and work toward greater connection and stability…together.
